Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with original tags. Please note that returns must be shipped via a tracked service. Pearl Talk does not cover return shipping costs and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel. Once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed as new, a refund will be issued.

Our orders are beautifully packaged with recyclable bags and tissue paper. Also, we accept special requests like not including prices in the package if the product is intended as a gift. If you want to make it even more special, just let us know, and we will include hand written 'Happy Birthday!' card.
